What a cool spot! These folks came from Austrailia to have a full Iditarod experience, including a marriage in front of Joe Reddington Sr’s old boat the “Nomad.” Everything was sled-dog themed. One of our most unique wedding’s!

This is a beautiful spot that’s easy to walk up to in the winter, but in summer you should have a canoe or hip waders as it is pretty marshy.
