Getting married at the Alaska Botanical Gardens?
The entire area is surrounded by forest, plants, and flowers. A very quiet outdoor setting after a 5 minute walk from the car. Most people get married in the Herb Garden which has some built in seating.
Travel Tips for the Alaska Botanical Gardens:
There can be a lot of mosquitoes in the summer! Bring bug spray for all your guests and they’ll thank you for it. During the fall this area is bright yellow. Also, consider buying umbrellas in advance in case it rains. If you don’t use them, return them. There is no rain protection available.
