Roberta & Matthew live in Anchorage, so they didn’t have to travel far to have their own epic destination wedding. And, just because they live in Alaska, doesn’t mean they couldn’t elope in Alaska. We are so grateful they trusted us with planning and photographing their intimate elopement on the Colony Glacier. Shannon was their photographer. They had amazing weather with only a few clouds to the south over Prince William Sound.
One of the things we talk with our couples is about how much time they want to explore the glaciers, mountains, waterfalls, and lakes. One of our most popular helicopter weddings is a 7-hour package. We know, that seems like a long time, but it goes by quickly. Normally afterwards, people tell us they wish they could have stayed longer!
