Many of our couples ask us if they really need 7 hours out in the mountains for their helicopter elopement? I can’t say yes or no because it depends on each couple. However, I can tell you 7 hours is never enough for us! We fly out to the glaciers southeast of Anchorage many times each summer, and we can never get enough of the beauty and majesty of the Alaska mountains.
And… at the end of their wedding or elopement day, most of our couples say the exact same thing!!
Ashely and Will flew up to Alaska from Albuquerque, NM for their mountain elopement. We spent the entire day exploring the ins and outs of the Chugach Mountains. Personally, one of my favorite moments was when we discovered the flowing fields of purple Lupine! It was absolutely magical!
