On Saturday I was down at Crow Creek Mine for Chloe & Chris’ wedding. More great complimentary colors from this wedding party! The greens and blues go so well at Crow Creek Mine. If you’re getting married there, I highly recommend colors like this. I’m not a fashion expert, but I do know a thing or two about wedding clothes. Chloe & Chris were really friendly, and I was sort of jealous that they are both Geologists – that has to be one of the coolest jobs in the world. As a little kid I always wanted to be a geologist, meteorologist, or astronomer. Anyway, Chloe wore a dress that belonged to her grandmother (or maybe great grandmother?), that her mom also wore, and her sister, at their weddings. It was a perfect match for the place! After most of the photos were done, she switched into a modern dress for the reception, and that was also really nice. One of my favorite things about this wedding was their cake table – instead of having just one cake, all of the aunts and moms each made a cake. So there were a ton of cakes and they were all different. There’s a shot of them with the Taos, New Mexico newspaper – apparently, if you take a picture with that and send it in, they will put you in the paper. The bride is originally from New Mexico so that’s why they had that shot. Enjoy!
