On Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing Michelle and Walter’s wedding at the Bayshore Clubhouse in Anchorage. They both recently moved to Rochester, MN, but chose to celebrate their marriage in their home state of AK where their family lives. Earlier in the day Michelle and Walter had decided to move the ceremony indoors after a morning full of rain. Despite the change in logistics we were able to spend some time together on a walk around Bayshore’s beautiful boardwalk. Only a few minutes after I arrived the sun peaked through the clouds and proved to be some of my favorite lighting conditions. Partly cloudy! Michelle and Walter’s five month old son Charles was definitely one of the favorites of the party. He just loved being passed around to so many friends and family and seemed to be having just as much fun as everyone else. I just love when the lighting and people are so perfectly easy to work with.
