I’ve been shooting weddings a long time – this is my 11th year (holy cow! And I’m still in my 20’s!) and one thing I’ve learned over the years is that you never know what kind of day it will be until things unfold. There’s so many variables that go into wedding photography – location, weather, people, colors, style, etc.. sometimes they all end up meshing together in a really awesome way. Tonight’s wedding was one of those days – I swear that Jennifer and Logan went to Bride and Groom Modeling school.. they were full of energy and natural ideas and that kept my suggestions pretty limited. Add to that a beautiful spot at the Our Lady of the Snow’s Chapel and Alyeska Resort in Girdwood, a bunch of good colors, and it was a good day. Their entrance dance was one of the best I’ve seen in a long time and I know I took way too many photos today. I wish I could put a 100 photos up because that would actually show the whole story better. Here’s a small sampling instead..
